Stop copy-pasting into your AI. Start running your business through it.

Most founders use AI like a search engine they can talk to. The serious ones build it into how their business actually runs. AI Brain installs the systems, skills, and connections that turn your Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini subscription into a compounding business asset, in two to four weeks.

You already know something is wrong with how you use AI.

You pay for Claude or ChatGPT. You have fifteen Google Docs and seven Notion pages. You still copy-paste context into every new chat. You still rewrite the same prompts every Monday. Your co-founder cannot pick up the workflows you have built inside your own head. When investors ask what the tech play is, you talk about agents and automation, but two questions deep, it is just you, typing.

The problem is not that you are using AI badly. You are probably ahead of most founders in your peer group. The problem is that nothing you build with AI compounds. Each chat starts from scratch. Each workflow lives in your own head. Each new model release breaks the prompts that used to work. You are running fast and standing still.

This is not your fault. The market is flooded with people selling AI workshops, AI courses, and AI consulting that all sound the same and none of which leave you with anything you can hand to your co-founder on Monday. AI Brain is built differently.

The Founder AI Brain Framework

Three pillars, installed properly, in two to four weeks. This is the method behind every AI Brain engagement.

01 · Context flows in automatically

Your knowledge store (Notion, Google Drive, or Obsidian) connects directly to your AI. Documents, briefs, decks, and notes become available without you uploading them. The hour a day you currently spend re-pasting context disappears.

02 · Workflows run as systems, not prompts

The three to five jobs you do every week become tuned project workspaces with reusable skills. Brand briefs, investor updates, customer replies, campaign strategy. One click, not one hour. They get better over time, not worse.

03 · Archetypes for the roles you haven't hired

Written definitions of the AI colleagues your business needs. The sales development rep, the operations manager, the analyst. Each one with a clear job description, escalation rules, and quality bar. Your next hire starts with a system that already works.

Why this is different

Not another AI consulting offer that all sound the same.

Built around your voice

Every Sprint and Starter includes an evaluation rubric that codifies the four or five things you check when you rewrite AI output. Tone, framing, audience respect, absence of buzzwords, whatever your specific markers are. Every future output gets measured against it. The system sounds like you, not like the internet.

Capability transfer, not lock-in

The point of every engagement is that you can run the system without me afterwards. Documentation, handover sessions, clear maintenance instructions. If you reach the point where you do not need me any more, that is a successful engagement. Ongoing care is your choice, not a contract you cannot escape.

Honest about what AI cannot do

I will tell you which subscriptions to cancel. I will tell you when AI is not the right answer. I will not push you toward the Sprint if the Starter is the right fit for your stage. I do not work with companies whose product has net-negative social impact.

Built by a CTO, not an AI consultant

Twenty-five years of technical leadership. Co-founder and CTO at Unmind (Series C). VP Technology at Vault Platform (acquired by Diligent in 2025). AI Brain was built from the daily reality of running a one-person fractional practice through Claude. Every skill, archetype, and integration is one I have used on myself first. Four ways to start, depending on where you are

Most founders start with the Audit and choose either Starter or Sprint from there. Exit at the end of any phase. No lock-in.

Step 1

AI Leverage Call

What it actually looks like

Three short scenarios from real engagements. Names and details changed, shape of the problem is real.

Scenario 01

The Monday morning problem

A pre-seed founder spends every Monday rebuilding the same campaign brief for a different brand. Two hours, every week, copy-pasting from old Google Docs. Two weeks into a Starter, that flow becomes a tuned project workspace with her tone, her frameworks, and her evaluation criteria. Monday now takes twelve minutes. A hundred hours a year back, from one change.

Scenario 02

The co-founder handover

A founder has built her investor update workflow inside her own head. When her co-founder tries to run it, the output is off-brand and light on detail. In a Sprint we externalise her process into a skill with worked examples and an evaluation rubric. Her co-founder now runs the workflow to her standard. The founder reclaims her time, the business reduces single-point-of-failure risk.

Scenario 03

The model change moment

Six weeks after their Sprint, a Care client messages on a Tuesday afternoon. A new model has shipped and their main workflow is behaving oddly. We review together in a 20-minute call, identify that the project instructions need two sentences updated, and ship the fix that evening. This is what the retainer pays for. Not sessions. Moments.

A real answer to "what is the tech play?"

Investors increasingly ask early-stage founders how AI is built into the operating model. Most founders give a vague answer about agents, automation, and efficiency, then change the subject. The honest answer is that they have not had time to build a real system, and what looks like an AI strategy is actually one founder typing into a chat window on weekends.

After an AI Brain engagement, the answer is different. You can open the tuned workflow, walk the investor through it, show them the evaluation rubric, point at the archetypes that cover the roles you have not hired yet, and say: this is how we run lean now, this is how we scale to ten times the volume without ten times the headcount, this is the system. That is a real answer. It is also documented, repeatable, and survives the next model release.

The Sprint is not the cheapest way to make your business more efficient. It is the cheapest way to make your tech story stand up to investor scrutiny.

Who this is for

  • You are a solo or two-person founder, somewhere between pre-seed and Series A, running lean on purpose. You already use Claude or ChatGPT seriously, but the setup feels scattered and is not compounding. You want the business to be AI-native rather than AI-assisted, and you want the tech story to stand up when investors ask.
  • You hate AI slop. You catch it immediately when you read it, and you spend more time rewriting AI output than you would like to admit. You want a system that sounds like you, not a system that sounds like the internet.
  • You want capability, not dependence. The point of hiring me is that you can run the system yourself afterwards, not that I become a permanent line item. You have done enough freelance retainer relationships to know which ones you regret.

If that sounds like you, the Audit is the right first step.
